Sharon is a consulting partner, leading our healthcare practice. She is a qualified nurse and physiotherapist with 16 years of experience in Ireland and the UK. Sharon brings significant frontline healthcare operations experience and has a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale healthcare transformation and improvement programmes across the public and private sectors.
Sharon is a trained expert in service and pathway redesign, with specialised knowledge in quality improvement and change management tools and techniques.
She has expertise in clinical areas such as scheduled care (outpatient departments and theatres), urgent and emergency care, primary care, and clinical care pathways. Sharon specialises in developing bespoke solutions for clients, tailored to add value, reduce costs, and enhance efficiencies.
