Robert leads the Workforce Solutions practice. With nearly 20 years of experience in the banking industry, including a decade working with the UK’s largest banks, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his role.
Since joining Grant Thornton in 2017, Robert has successfully led large multidisciplinary teams in delivering regulatory reviews, assessments, and business, technology, and regulatory transformation programmes across the banking sector.
Robert's technical expertise spans operational and credit risk management, regulatory compliance, remediation programmes, customer journey mapping, and NPE (Non-Performing Exposure) portfolio deleveraging strategies.
