Robbie joined the firm in 2020 and is a Director within the Corporate Finance department. Since joining the Corporate Finance team, he has undertaken a variety of related engagements, with a particular interest in advising clients on the execution of buy and sale mandates, business valuations, and financial due diligence across numerous industries.

Sector Experience

Advisor to the shareholders of Tailored Finance on its sale to NFP;
Advisor to the shareholders of Castlebridge Manor Private Clinic on its sale to Evergreen Group;
Advised the shareholders of Odyssey Validation Consultants Limited on its sale to ATS Corporation;
Advisor to the vendors on the sale of B&G Ltd;
Advised the shareholders of a med-tech company on its sale to Uniphar PLC;
Advised a family-owned organisation through its expansion and execution of multiple acquisitions;
Assisted Renatus Capital Partners on their investment in AQF Limited;
Multiple due diligence assignments for private equity houses, including: Global Growth, Muzinch and H2 Equity Partners;
Significant experience in the preparation of enterprise and equity valuation reports;
Mandated by a Semi-State Body to complete assessments on potential On-Lenders and determine their suitability to participate in the COVID-19 Credit Guarantee Scheme; and
Mandated by a Semi-State Body to complete an assessment on a potential On-Lender and verify / assess their loan portfolio, governance and the operational capability to deliver the required level of lending.
