Experience
Liam joined Grant Thornton in 2005 having previously worked in another accountancy practice in the areas of tax and financial planning. He previously trained as an accountant within the corporate treasury and manufacturing operations of the Smurfit Kappa Group.
Sector experience
Liam has responsibility for managing the delivery of tax advisory and compliance services for both public and privately owned businesses. His clients operate across a broad range of sectors including life sciences, ICT and manufacturing sectors.
He also advises high net worth individuals and professional groups on tax and financial planning matters.
Liam’s specialist tax areas include inward investment structures, R&D tax credits, intellectual property, debt restructuring and succession planning.
