Experience
Jayne joined Grant Thornton in 2017 and is a director in our International Tax team.
She has extensive international tax experience and advises clients across various sectors, primarily technology and real estate. Jayne specialises in advising large privately held businesses and international groups on corporate reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, investment and fundraising, as well as supporting clients with key day-to-day tax compliance requirements.
In addition, Jayne has significant experience working on M&A transactions in both the Irish market and overseas, often collaborating with Grant Thornton colleagues internationally.
She also has experience in other tax matters, including personal tax compliance and planning.
Qualifications
- Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
- AITI Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA)
- Degree in Commerce (BComm) from University College Dublin (UCD)
- Masters in Strategy and Innovation (MSc) from the National University of Ireland Maynooth (NUIM)
