Fiona works as a Director in Grant Thornton’s Business Consulting team. Her role involves operating at an Executive level to guide the team’s strategic direction and to look for ways to transform both our clients’ and internal business. She is an adaptable and driven management consultant with over ten years' experience in the public and private sectors.
She has gained significant experience across the US, Australia and the EU in leading dynamic and transformational change at scale, from operating models, data strategy and development, culture change rollouts and transition programmes. Across these roles Fiona has a proven track record of success in leading major change, delivering on strategy, and meeting targets while staying within budget.
