Anita has over 16 years’ corporate finance experience and is a Director in our Corporate Finance team. Anita joined Grant Thornton in 2015 and her main area of expertise is in mergers & acquisitions, equity & debt raises and valuations.

She advises a diverse client base including large corporates, owner-managed organisations and semi-state bodies.

Sell side advisor on the sale of Lucey Transport to DFDS.

Lead advisor on the sale of Auto Simulation to ESE Entertainment Inc.
Refinance of bank debt for a third level institute.
Lead advisor on the sale of Evros to Eir.
Due diligence assignment on behalf of Irish Times in its acquisition of Sappho Limited.

Qualifications

Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (FCA).
Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy from TU Dublin (formerly Dublin Institute of Technology).
BA Mod in Biochemistry, Trinity College Dublin.
