Experience
Aisling joined Grant Thornton Ireland in June 2013 initially training in the Restructuring Department where she gained extensive experience over a variety of insolvency assignments. Aisling has since transitioned into Financial Services Consulting utilising her insolvency background and passion for sustainability to provide strategic advice to Financial Institutions across Europe.
Aisling currently leads the strategic operations and project management pillar within Sustainability leveraging her deep understanding of banking infrastructure to translate ambition and supervisory expectations into practical actions. She has worked with key clients on a range of projects covering business strategy, risk management and sustainability disclosures. Her expertise covers project and programme management, stakeholder engagement and governance. Aisling is currently the lead Pillar 3 and CDP disclosure SME within the Sustainability team in Grant Thornton Ireland.

- Aisling is a Non-Executive Director of Global Action Plan Ireland – an environmental NGO with the mission to support sustainable communities across Ireland.
- Aisling is currently a member of the FinBiz 2030 Irish Taskforce – an initiative mandated by Chartered Accountants Worldwide to identify sustainable projects and drive activity that will affect positive change in a bid to help achieve the UN SDG’s by 2030.
