We take a progressive and integrated approach to advancing sustainability

Our vision for sustainability is centered on four pillars; environment, community, people and governance.

  • Environment: We address the climate crisis and global biodiversity loss by taking thoughtful action every day, with our people playing a key role in these efforts.
  • People: We foster a culture of care, enabling everyone at Grant Thornton to thrive through initiatives in equity, diversity, inclusion, health, and wellness.
  • Community: We engage with local communities to create shared-value partnerships that benefit society as a whole, forming a crucial part of our sustainability journey.
  • Governance: We operate responsibly, supported by strong policies and frameworks that lay the foundation for our sustainable business.

Our strategy is underpinned by The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals ("UN SDGs").

We empower our people, clients, and community to succeed through excellence in governance and leadership in environmental and social sustainability.
